Symptoms
A Citrix XenApp user opens multiple excel 2013 worksheets in a seamless session.
The worksheets show separately at the local taskbar.
Closing one sheet causes the closure of all opened sheets.
Cause
Citrix Excel hook not applied in the registry.
Resolution
Make sure the following registry key exists on the XenApp server:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Citrix\ExcelHook
Dword 32 – enabled =1
Additionally, the seamless flag registry should be set to default.
