Symptoms

When using universal print server 7.6 policy , in some cases the user cannot see any printer at the ICA session, even if the user is member of the group that should map the printer acording to the citrix policy.

Cause

There is a bug in citrix code that Cause this issue & you need contact Citrix Support to get a private fix

Resolution

Citrix already have a private Universal print   fix for this issue. To obtain the fix, please contact Citrix Support and mention service request #64453550
