Symptoms
When choosing a ShareFile file or folder to send e-mail from Sharefile web portal and using the option "Give me a link i can copy and send using my own email software", in some scenario it is not possible to continue to the next page of the File Upload.
Cause
The issue occurs when the Download access is set to "never expires".
Resolution
Set the download access to a specific limit
You can also ask Sharefile support to set it as a policy
